Delete your data
You can ask Tradesmen to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to ask
- Send "delete my data" to our WhatsApp number from the phone number you used with us, or
- Email [email protected] from the address you used, including the phone number linked to your account.
What happens next
- We confirm the request is from you (we may reply on WhatsApp to the same number).
- Within 30 days we delete your profile, conversations, photos, voice notes and addresses, and confirm when it is done.
- Records we must keep by law (for example invoices and payment records) are kept only as long as required, then deleted.
- If you are a professional, open jobs and payouts are settled first.
